Julia Yerkov Kline was born in former Yugoslavia (R. Serbia). She relocated to Amsterdam in order to develop her talent and love for art. She connected with a professional marionette theater Arthur & Co., and for the next five years Julia develped skills of puppet making. She was also performing with the group, and travelling throughout Europe and North America. In 1991 she lend in New Orleans to participate, and put out a show for the Jazz Fest. Julia found a new home:" New Orleans allowed me to further explore different mediums. I worked in metal, fabricating sculptures and functional art, and produced 5 large mosaic murals (mix medium) for the franchise. I have exhibited in local galleries, and collectors around town, and beyond, own my work."
